Cancellation and Refund Policy for Plovpit Shop (a ministry of ACTION Cambodia)

At Plovpit Shop, we strive to ensure that our customers have a satisfying and hassle-free shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for orders.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer:

· Customers can cancel their order 24-hours after placing their order as long as the books have not been picked up or shipped.

· Once the books have been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and the customer must request a refund as eligible.

2. Order Cancellation by Plovpit Shop:

· We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or any other unforeseen issues. Customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

· Refunds are applicable in cases of cancellation (as per the above terms), receiving damaged/defective items, or incorrect items.

· For damaged/defective items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

2. Processing Refunds:

· Once the cancellation is accepted or the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund.

· Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 30 working days.

· Shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Return Process:

· For returning a product, customers should contact our office to initiate the return process.

· Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories.

· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Additional Notes

· Custom orders or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

· We do not offer exchanges, but customers can return an eligible product and place a new order.
