The Bible is the greatest book ever written. Think of it this way: The 66 books of the Bible were written over a period of more than 1,500 years by some 40 different authors, representing many periods of history from different regions, with different philosophies, politics, and traditions, with different levels of study, family histories, and personalities. Parts of the Bible were also written in three different languages and on three different continents.
